New Music: good R & B / hip hop / neo-soul list? I like beats with piano in it.?

I'm out of touch when it comes to music and want to do a CD with some new songs. My kind of music is common, Talib Kweli, Little Brother, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, D'Angelo, Lupe Fiasco, Jay-Z, etc … reggae and Reggaeton to be cool too. Please give me a list of about 20 songs? Do not have to be of these artists in particular, just wanted to give an example of type of music I like w / o bein too broad. Perhaps you can list some new (as in 2008) songs that you know or sites where you can see some things new (ie, do you have a fav. List of imeem? A station on Pandora right ..? Any free online radio playing new things?) AND "NEW" not necessarily mean general just want to say in '08. Thank you!
